We accept the following major credit cards: AMEX, Visa, Mastercard, Purchase card or I.M.P.A.C.T card. You can use your credit card for all online transactions with our secure server. If you would rather order by mail using check or money order, call and your sales consultant will take your order and direct your payment. Protech Projection Systems, Inc has the right to cancel any order at any time placed on our web site due do to web site errors, typos and or any transaction that we feel is fraudulent by nature.

Purchase Orders:

Purchase orders are accepted from all corporate, educational, and government agencies. To place an order, please fax (330) 220-9991 or mail a copy of your purchase order to Protech Projection Systems, Inc. New client terms are NET 30 after credit approval and longer terms are available upon request. To expedite orders subject to credit approval, please provide us with a Visa, Mastercard or AMEX card number. The account will not be charged for the order, unless the agreed upon payment terms are not met.

Shipping Policy:

We ship UPS and FedEx Ground, 2nd Day, 3rd Day, and Overnight delivery. Special orders may require special shipping and handling charges. Freight is based on the average product weight and method for our US clients. International orders are not accepted at this time. Upon delivery, please inspect your shipment carefully to make sure it is free from damages. If you find that a product has been damaged in shipment, please notify your driver of the shipment and file a claim with the shipper immediately, before the driver leaves your location. Then call us Toll Free at 1-888-775-0651 to expedite your claim. We must have the couriers driver claim form (copy) to expedite your damage claim.

Return Policy:

All product returns must be processed within (14) days from the date of invoice, no exceptions. In order for us to quickly process your return and apply credit to your account, we ask the following terms be met:  

-->Retain all packaging material and documentation. We recommend you package your return securely and insure it for the value of the contents. Prior to returning any product, call your sales representative at 1-888-775-0651 to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. We will not accept any returns without an RMA number. The RMA number is only valid for (7) days after it has been issued and must be clearly displayed on the outside shipping label. DO NOT MARK ON THE ORIGINAL BOX. If the return does not have an RMA number clearly visible and displayed on the label of the box, the product will be refused, and returned at the customers expense. This will delay crediting your account. We do not refund any shipping charges to or from your physical location or your specified shipping address for original shipping or return shipping under any circumstance.  We do not guarantee any shipping services such as UPS or Fedex P1, 2nd day air, 3rd day air or ground and do not refund shipping if items ordered do not arrive at destination on time or with specified service.

-->DO NOT REFUSE A NON-DEFECTIVE SHIPMENT FROM THE DRIVER. This is very important and must be followed. Any shipment refused by the shipping company and returned to us will be subject to a 30% restocking charge and freight charges both ways unless instructed to do so by a Protech Projection Systems, Inc representative.

-->NOTE IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING RETURNS : All non-defective products received within the (14) day return period must be returned 100% complete, in resaleable condition including original packaging material, manuals, software, blank warranty cards and all other accessories provided by the manufacturer. Non defective returns for credit or exchange are subject to shipping, handling and insurance fees. All returns that do not conform to our return policy are subject to a restocking fee of 30%. Absolutely no returns will be honored after (14) days with no exceptions. We do not accept returns on custom made products (i.e. wood products, special order items, podiums, accessories, screens and all replacement lamps of any kind)
